The programme
A programme for
the leader you are becoming.
Learn practical leadership in a group, apply it to your work and build on what happens. A defined curriculum gives the programme its direction; your experience makes the learning relevant.
Is it for you?
This is for leaders with real responsibilities and situations to work on. You might be finding your feet in a role or recognising habits you want to change.
You’ll need to be willing to try things at work, discuss what happened and listen to other perspectives. Your contribution to the group is part of the learning.
What you will work on
The work of leading people: setting direction, making decisions, building trust, developing others and following through. Self-awareness helps you understand how your own habits affect all of these.
You bring situations such as delegation, feedback, conflict or managing upwards. The curriculum and group coaching help you approach them with more thought and purpose.
Explore the six foundationsWhat taking part involves
- Learn with the group. Explore a leadership concept or approach as part of the structured curriculum.
- Apply it in your role. Try it in a real situation and notice the response.
- Bring the experience back. Reflect with the group, work out what to change and try again.
Joining the programme
An open cohort brings together leaders through Craftport. You can enquire for yourself or with sponsorship from your employer. Talk with us about programme details, timing and fees before deciding.
For organisations
We can also discuss a programme for a group of leaders within your organisation. The same approach connects structured learning with the work your people are already doing.
Would this help you lead?
Tell us about your role and what you want to get better at. We’ll talk through whether the programme is a good fit.
